To create an FXManager account for money management, investment managers must:

Clients of investment managers must:
- Create an FXTrade account from which they can send funds and send in the required identification
- Accept an FXManager invitation from a investment manager and register with FXManager
- Send a signed copy of the Power of Attorney to OANDA (signed by the client and the manager)
- From the cash management system, deposit funds with OANDA - Instructions
- Transfer funds to the unallocated managed account
- From FXManager, allocate funds from the unallocated account to the investment manager's managed account

To trade clients' funds, investment managers must:
- Create one or more new managed accounts as FXTrade sub-accounts linked to an FXTrade account
- Invite a client to join their managed account
- Ensure the client has followed all the steps outlined in the previous list (including sending the required forms to OANDA
- From FXManager, approve the client's allocation of funds to their managed account

System Requirements
The FXManager Platform can run from any Web browser on any operating system as long as the Web browser supports Version 1.1 and higher of Java.

The Platform will operate behind a firewall only if proprietary protocol requests are allowed to Port 15700 or Port 80, with server names fx1-ma.oanda.com for FXTrade or fx2-ma.oanda.com for FXGame.
