Internet Explorer (Windows)

- For Internet Exporer 4: Click View | Internet Options
- For Internet Exporer 5: Click Tools | Internet Options
- Click the General tab
- Click the Delete Files button from the Temporary Internet files section
- A confirmation dialog box will appear. Check Delete all offline content and click the OK
button to confirm
- Click the Settings button in the Temporary Internet files section
- Ensure the Every visit to the page option is checked and click the OK button to confirm
- Click OK to exit the Internet Options dialog box.
- It is recommended that you also attempt to clear your Java Plugin cache as well.

- Click Edit | Preferences
- Select Advanced | Cache
- Click Clear Memory Cache and click the OK button to confirm
- Click Clear Disk Cache and click the OK button to confirm
- Ensure that the Every Time option is selected
- Click OK to exit the Preferences dialog box
- It is recommended that you also attempt to clear your Java Plugin cache as well.

- Click Start | Settings | Control Panel
- Click the Java Plugin Icon
- Click the Cache tab
- Click the Clear button and click OK to confirm
- Note: Please repeat this procedure for each "Java Plugin" button in your Control Panel

- Click Safari | Empty Cache
- Click the Empty button to confirm

Internet Explorer (MacOS)
|

- Click Edit | Preferences
- Below Web Browser, select Advanced
- Click the Empty Now button in the Cache section and click OK to confirm
- Ensure that the Always option is selected in the Cache section
- Click OK to exit the Internet Explorer Preferences dialog box

- Click Edit | Preferences
- Below Web Browser, select Advanced | Cache
- Click the Clear Disk Cache Now button and click OK to confirm
- Ensure that the Every Time option is selected
- Click OK to exit the Preferences dialog box
