Power of Attorney - Standard Version

Power of Attorney - New York State Version

Which form do I use?
Use the "New York State" version of the Power of Attorney when either the fxTrade Customer or the Manager is an individual (i.e. not a company, partnership, trust or other entity) AND intends to sign the Power Of Attorney in the State of New York, USA. Please note that the New York State version requires that it be signed and acknowledged before a notary public. In all other cases, the "Standard" version may be used.
