Requirements for using fxTrade Client Manager Practice Version
New to fxTrade Practice? You will require an fxTrade Practice Account to use fxTrade Client Manager. It's easy to create and free to use.
To create an fxTrade Client Manager for fxTrade Practice account for money management, investment managers must:
- Designate an fxTrade Practice account as a trading account
- Create an fxTrade Client Manager for fxTrade Practice account

Clients of investment managers must:
- Create an fxTrade Practice account from which funds can be sent
- Accept an fxTrade Client Manager invitation from an investment manager and set up an fxTrade Client Manager account
- Transfer funds to the manager's managed account

To trade clients' funds, investment managers must:
- Create one or more new managed accounts linked to an fxTrade Practice account (fxTrade Practice sub-accounts)
- Invite a client to set up an fxTrade Client Manager for fxTrade Practice account
- Approve and confirm the allocation of client funds to a managed account.

System Requirements
The fxTrade Client Manager platform can run from any Web browser on any operating system as long as the Web browser supports Version 1.1 and higher of Java.
Some suggested browsers include:
- Netscape Navigator (version 4.75 and higher)
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (versions 5.0 and higher)
The Platform will operate behind a firewall only if proprietary protocol requests are allowed to Port 15700 or Port 80, with server names fx1-ma.oanda.com for fxTrade or fx2-ma.oanda.com for fxTrade Practice.
